How it Works

• Choose your agent: Select Lumen from the agent grid or chat picker in Wisdom.

• Ask your question: Send a message about what is trending, with no account to select.

• Get quick answers: Review a reply built from quick search over the last 7 days of data.

• Check the sources: Open citations to see where the information comes from.
